Timelines can be the #1 cause of stress at weddings. If they aren’t planned out well, everything (and everyone) at the wedding falls apart and falls apart FAST. Lucky for you, timeline planning is my SPECIALTY. It could be the enneagram 3 in me, or the former teacher in me, but either way you have a master at your side.
When planning out your time time we have 2 KEY parts of your wedding day that everything else is planned around #1 Ceremony Time & #2 Send off time. These two should be 4-6 hours apart from each other 🙂
There are three things that are capable of making a wedding run behind.
#1 is Travel Time! If you have multiple locations for your wedding scheduling time for travel is KEY.
#2 Hair and Makeup.
Groups that choose to do their own hair and makeup the amount of time it takes to get ready is underestimated.
#3 PEOPLE.
People tend to not know when to be places or can be late by nature. When we create your timeline, I also make a mobile friendly version to send all of your most important people so they know the run down of your day!
